Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Jessval Beads and Makeover, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of successful payment provided production or shipping has not started.
Custom-made and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The item was lost during shipping and confirmed by the courier.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Personalized products
- Digital products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
